Cobblestone Car Wash

We have gone to Epic since they opened in Twin Falls. We have always been satisfied with our service. They usually have clean towels and most of the vacuums work really well. We started paying $7.00 when they first opened for the basic wash and now it has increased to $12.00. We usually buy the 5 pack basic car wash coupon book. We’ve been satisfied in the past but today we went through twice (only because we heavily complained that our car was still dirty!!!) But… with a basic wash (which the employee called a glorified spray) you are not usually allowed to get a rewash. We still had dust and water spots! We have used this car wash for several years even during the transition to the new cobblestone name. We’ve always had a good experience, but yesterday we went to get a car wash and forgot that we got a new windshield and the gate Wouldn’t open to allow us in….Brianna quickly noticed us and came to our rescue, she had to look up our vehicle On the computer and got a new sticker on our new windshield in less than a minute!! . It was amazing service thank you Brianna for making our experience Pleasant and Quick!!

Great car wash with great customer service. Was greeted right away by Harlowe and she explained the memberships very detailed. The vacuums worked great and towels were stocked. My car was washed 100% and polished looked great.

Cobblestone Car Wash is great. It cleans the car really well and has everything you need to take care of the inside, too. The staff is always right there and ready to help whenever you need it—especially Breanna, who is consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I went to this car wash earlier this week and had a great experience. The place was clean, the wash was quick, and my car looked great afterward. Breanna was really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back.
