I encountered a problem with my Tiguan - the Engine Power Control light illuminated and I had to have it towed to Cochran VW on West Liberty Avenue. I was promised by Michael H. that my vehicle would be evaluated the next day. I received a phone call the very next morning with the diagnostic results - a failed ambient air sensor. I was also advised of a couple of safety recalls and past due maintenance items. I discussed the scope of work and costs with Justin H. and authorized the repairs. The work was completed by mid afternoon the same day and I was able to pick up my vehicle about an hour later. Michael and Justin were both professional and courteous. The cost although higher than I had hoped for was within $20 of the estimate and worth it for the fast and professional service.

I scheduled an inspection of my vehicle because my inspection light on my dashboard came on stating "INSPECTION OVERDUE"! Not only did I explain it to the guy on the phone that scheduled the appointment. I also spoke to a manager when I dropped my vehicle off and told him the exact same thing! Well I finally picked up my vehicle and to my surprise, they did what I stressed to them not to do because I just had the emissions and safety inspection done in February! Not only that, my "INSPECTION OVERDUE" light is still on which is the reason why I brought my vehicle there! And last but not lease, I tried for hours to reach the service department and can not get a hold of anyone. Unacceptable!!
