Coconut Creek Subaru Service

I have been driving for 68 years and purchased a fair number of cars. When the euphoria and smell of a new car begins to wear off the thoughts of service, how will I be treated, just how good will the mechanics be begins to enter your thoughts. Very simply stated when I purchased my Forester at Coconut Creek Subaru I hit the automobile lottery. My service manager, Mr. Marcus Bey, was everything I could have hoped for and much, much more. It began with a warm smile and hello and ended with "safe travels home"". The process was flawless - every question answered, patient and understanding, professional, competent, and truly committed to making me feel like one of the family. (Second review since my first one was deleted) Had a wonderful sales experience. I love my WRX, Unfortunately my brand new car came with many scratches some were corrected but most were missed. Brake calipers were painted red nicely however they didn’t seal the paint so the paint didn’t last but two weeks.. Once the car was sold to me, it felt as if they brushed me off completely as I cannot get a response from anybody. Stan Anders tells us to reach out to him however I’ve called at least 5 times and left messages with no return. As a loyal Subaru customer this is very unfortunate!

Raymond Serrano was amazing! We came here for an oil change and he assisted us right away and the overall wait was not long at all. Thank you so much Raymond, for the excellent service.

Very professional staff at this location and I was very pleased with the work. Marcus Bey is incredibly helpful and is an extremely gifted communicator; He will make great suggestions on getting the best out of your vehicle service appointment. I highly recommend this location. Raymond Serrano is great as well; He is very personable and has a good feel for the clients.

Joe was professional and kind. I appreciate how quickly he helped me out especially since I was dropping my car off while on a lunch break from work. He also communicated accurately throughout the afternoon!
