Undisputed Rental Company

This nice Vette I rented from Oscar last three days. What a car!!! We headed to Keys and it was a pleasure to drive. Really outstanding contact and service. No faff, hassle or waiting around. Price was pretty decent. Car was clean and fully prepared for me. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rented a 330 from this company during my 2-week nursing rotation from Turo. Picked it up and it smelled strongly like marijuana, being from California I could live with it, big mistake though, do not trust them. I returned it just as received and I got a $165 smoking fee. The photos the company posted was interesting, they literally sprinkled marijuana all around the car after receiving it back and trying to blame it on me via Turo. Would not trust this company at all, I've never had this happen but they will try to screw you over for $165. Terrible business practice and whoever is putting drugs in the car to try to charge more money should be fired. In my book, they're crooks. Some damage from their "immaculate" 330 attached. Renting with Undisputed Rentals was super easy! I rented the Tesla Model 3, it was clean, and happens to be an amazing car! The check in, pick up and return process was super easy, convenient and fast. Oscar answered all my questions promptly and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience, this was first time renting and it was smooth sailing. I had my own error operating the vehicle and Oscar met me at the car and was so helpful and glad to help. Great host and Birthday was saved! Thanks again I will be back soon thanks! 😀
