I called needing to urgently speak to the technician Jeff. The "" that answers the phone was rude and I could tell she was not even jotting down the phone number for him to return my call. I expressed how urgent it was as it was something detrimental in a decision for someone's life. So after waiting what seemed like an enternity due to the importance I called back. No answer during business hours. I thought okay maybe she stepped away and is relaying the message. I gave a few minutes called back and again no answer. I don't know why this person feels the need to screen his phone calls because now that is the most logical explanation, but it seriously needs to be addressed. I want a number to contact someone to discuss this matter. It's unprofessional and she needs to be replaced because i

I called to get a quote on a muffler job and the lady that answers the phone is about the rudest person I have ever came in contact with #1 she not only cut me off when I was asking questions she hung up on me when I wanted to speak to someone else on my issue I’ll take my business up the road where they care about their customers
