Had my SUV in for repair in November 2025. Worked with the party at fault responsible for the damage. I wished USAA had a shop in the greater Burlington area, had to travel about an hour to Barre/Montpelier for estimate at this location. A chip/crack in the windshield was discovered while the car was at their facility. After discussion with the bodyshop manager, they were able to replace it and complete the repair. Kristian went out of his way to even repair an alignment issue with the rear wheel that was causing the back seat to shake at highway speed. Staff were welcoming at drop off but front desk personnel was very cold when I picked up the vehicle. Overall a good experience and I thank Kristian Page, the shop manager for his excellent service.

Insurance claim, waited 4 months to get in. Result: Color match looks a little off. Sloppy bead in the wheel well. Not cleaned thoroughly. Tried to charge my deductible (waived, required 10 minutes on the phone with insurance at pickup). Not terribly dissatisfied, but not 100% satisfied either. I might need to go back for warranty work due to the workmanship. Staff was friendly/helpful.

Too my truck in for body damage. Kristian (the manager and Aeva (asst. manager) took care of me extremely well. Zero hassle to get my appts done and setup. They got it done much faster than I expected as well. Very professional and polite, i liked working with both Kristian and Aeva. I hope I never need more repairs done, but if needed i hope to get it done here again. I don't know the names of the mechanics that worked on my truck, but I would like to give them a shoutout as well, as my truck looks brand new after the animal damage. All in all, well done y'all and thank you a ton!

had a smooth experience getting an oil change on my old truck. have trouble opening my front door and they handled it with care. typically an oil change comes with a 27 point inspection and i asked when picking up my car and was told because my car is old (2004) it doesn’t get an inspection like the rest. didn’t seem right in the store but went along with it. hoping to give them a call and see if i can still get an inspection to see what’s going on with the truck.

Staff is very friendly, they can fit you in quickly and most importantly their work is spotless. Fixed my moms car now their repairing mine, wouldn't go anywhere else for body work.
