Dana & David are friendly, knowledgeable and good at finding space on the schedule. I had a flat, and they managed to fit in an oil change that was overdue. They are honest about the work that needs to be done, and the garage crew is conscientious. Been going there for years: Always feel well-cared for. And, Miller (Dana's dog) kept me company while I waited!

I recommend them for anyone. I went there for the first time last year because of the money that I would save compared to the dealership, but I go back because of the customer service. They are absolutely amazing everyone that works there goes above and beyond to make sure that you are safe, your vehicle is taken care of and that you were taken care of. If you weren't in need of anything for mechanical work on your vehicle. Go talk to them. They are absolutely amazing.

I really appreciate these people for the following reason: I brought a newly inherited Subaru in after taking it to the local dealer. The local dealer had told me that the vehicle needed several thousand dollars of work. I brought it to Gills for a second opinion and they told me that it really didn't need anything. This was months ago and the vehicle is running great. This experience made me feel like I could really trust these people's opinion as to what my vehicle does and does not need.

Gills point S was an excellent experience for me, I explained what I needed, they gave me terrific options. I was able to leave my truck for them to install tires at their convenience. It worked out well! Definitely recommend giving them a call in Montpelier, VT!
