For more than one week Coggin held on to my insurance companies estimate approval. All the time all they had to do was to accept and lock in the repair total. For more than a week I was ghosted by Rachel the estimator not returning any of my emails or voicemails. I only got a response after I left messages for the gm to call me. Gm said they received the information earlier that morning yet couldn’t explain why they hadn’t contacted me. When I had the estimate done 10 days earlier Rachel wanted me to leave the car then.
