Coggin Toyota at the Avenues Parts Store

I have been doing business with Coggin Toyota since 2005 as I purchased two vehicles since and get all service there. I have always been happy and feel they are an honest dealership. I started a chat on Friday, December 13, 2024 to get a price on a side view mirror. It is now Monday evening, December 16, 2024 at 5:26 pm and still have not received a response. This has me upset as I pass two Toyota dealership to do business with Coggin and they don’t care about my current need. You don’t need to respond now. I will go to one of the closer dealerships and get the part and my next vehicle.

Drove an hour and half to pick up parts that were ready for pickup only to hear that the parts are not in. Waste of time and gas!!!

Do not buy in person unless you want to be taken advantage of! Today I came in to pick up parts. I was serviced by this individual with dreads. I was looking at buying a small brake pin boot. He pulls up pricing, and I can clearly see it on the screen: Dealer cost: ~$4.26, Suggested sale price, ~$6.26. I ask this guy how much it will be, he tells me $21 as I'm staring at this screen. Clearly he's not too smart as it takes him a while to close out the screen as I'm still looking at it. I simply just walked out. I checked online afterwards to double check, and the part was listed within 5-9 dollars online. There is clearly a lack of integrity in this parts department. I recommend buying online and picking up instead of dealing with these people in person, trying to upcharge me nearly 4x the

My car overheated when I was driving by this Toyota center at 2 in the morning. Josh was there by some miracle. He helped me to add some coolant, get rid of the air in the system. He spent over half an hour of his time helping me. Made sure I had drinking water.. I don't think I would ever forget his help. I'm so grateful. Thank you

I had an outstanding experience at Toyota while looking for a car. Alan Baker was my salesman, and he made sure I was always in the loop with whatever new information came in. I’ve been to a couple Toyota dealerships in Jacksonville, and Coggin at the Avenues was by far the best experience. Definitely recommend this dealer and salesperson.
