Good dealer Honda. Large selection, good service, including warranty service. Attentive attitude to customers, quality work, quick service. We bought a new car here, glory to the old one (trade in). Cozy waiting room, TV drinks, easy chairs. :).

I was shocked to see such a low star rating on this dealership. We recently purchased a used car and it was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership in 30+ years. Geovanni was our salesman and he knocked it out of the park. We experienced an issue with our car and Josh in the service department went above and beyond to make it right. I cannot fully convey my surprise and awe at the level of service. They provided a rental car at no expense to correct the issue with our car. I will send friends and family to this dealership. Whether it is a Honda or a used BMW, these folks get it. Ignore the negative posts and know that Coggin is legit and well worth your business.

Drove from South Carolina to Coggin Orlando. Car showed well and a nice smooth transaction. Took alittle longer than we liked because we need to get back to Charleston. But overall would buy from them again. Sean and his team did a great job.

DONT BUY HERE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! You call and call and call and no one picks up, and when they do pick up, they'll transfer you until the phone cuts out. I moved to Orlando from NY and needed a car desperately. I decided to stop by Coggin to buy a Honda Civic. Ended up buying a used 2016 that just came in the lot since they were willing to give me "such a great deal". The car had some defects (dents, paint chips) which the sales rep promised they would fix. They told me to take the car as is since their dent and paint guy would not be in until the following week. I paid the car cash (15k) and the following week called for my maintenance request.
