I am a customer who knows nothing about cars and it can be daunting trying to find a trustworthy shop to get repairs on my vehicle. I also am always working with a tight budget. I'm pleased that I can depend on Angela to give me honest feedback about how to navigate the diagnosis and repair process. I trust her and that is invaluable to me as a customer. Honda has a real asset in this employee!

Coggin has the best customer service, and most importantly, they are honest. A few years ago, I had a Sears Auto tell me there was an issue with a battery that was still under warranty. Took it in to a closer Honda dealership, and I was told it was fine. Took it to Coggin's while visiting my parents, and they saw the issue and replaced the battery under warranty without issue. Coggin is my Honda dealership of choice.
