Last year I finally bought a car from here. I had been here 5 or so times shopping around but never purchased anything because the numbers weren't right. And after my buddy Rick left I figured I'd never buy from here. Then the wife and I went in shopping for a new SUV. Thats how we met Leslie. That dude is a straight shooter. No BS. Not gonna try and get you into anything you dont need jist to make a buck. He's a good dude. When my wife’s car turned 10 years old, we wanted to trade it in for a new one. However, due to negative car shopping experiences in the past, we put it off a little longer not wishing to go through the typical gamesmanship of car trading. Eventually, we decided it was time to trade before her car became another year older. The first two dealerships were exactly what we did not want (high pressure, no real negotiations, and undervaluing her car). Deciding to try one more time, we ended up at Cogswell Motors. The game changed with that decision. There was no pressure, they reasonably valued her car, and the negotiations were friendly and in good faith.
