Has cockroachs in the machines, machines eat your quarters. Had a washing machine burnout halfway through a load leaving me with wet unspun clothes. I've used this place for about a year, and after today I will never come back.
Every washer and dryer has been replaced. All are brand new including change machine. There is 13 washers including 5 very big silver ones. Also has 14 big dryers now. Everything is kept cleaned and sanitized daily now. Attendant on duty through out the day and from 5pm. to 10pm daily. Cameras on property. No Alcohol or Drugs allowed ! Nick has reopened this recently. Clean family oriented. Everyone is welcome to go check it out for your self !!
Washers don't spin leaving clothes soaking wet to use more money. Open Laundry pods left at the child area my daughter ate one today while I was getting soaking wet clothes out of the washer.
I lost $3.50 today from washing machines 4 and 7. No phone number to call and request a refund., and contrary to what everyone I have meet here has told me, you can't get a refund from the smoke shop at the other end of the plaza. Without oversight, this place is a ripoff. Only 5 minutes per quarter on the dryers. Way overpriced.!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Got all of mine and MY KIDS CLOTHES STOLEN!!! No number to call or anything to see cameras! We are completely SOL!!!
