I believe they have changed hands I have taken my jeep and truck there for a couple years, but the last time I went there were different people there I left my truck , took a week to get it looked at . I was prepared to have the work done and was told the owner had to give me a price another week goes by. Several phone calls to her and was told twice that she owns other businesses and doesn't have time to work up a price....so I picked up the truck asked for her to call with the price and I would bring it back but have never heard a word.....very disappointed .....do not use

Brought in my 2005 Trailblazer for a misfire and brake issue. Had me on the road in no time, and running the best it had in a very, very long time. Highly recommend the service and they are great people to boot!

This is the best auto repair service that I ever worked with. We were traveling from Texas to Delaware and we stopped at a hotel and when my husband went to move the car it would not start remind you this is at 10:00 at night. I call the number because he was a 24/7 service he made arrangements to come to the hotel picked up the car took the car and had it fixed in 2 hrs. Mr. Ellis is a great businessman he knows how to treat is customer. So if you are traveling and you have broken down, don’t look around for a mechanic call Pro Tech Automotive he is the best. Master Tech saved our road trip! Our car broke down halfway between Virginia and Mississippi late in the morning on the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
