We hired Coleman Glass Company to install all of the doors and windows on our new commercial building, and the entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Every single door and window was installed improperly. I’m not exaggerating when I say I (5'5", 130 lbs) could push on the door and the whole thing would move inward. It wasn’t secured to anything solid. At that point, they said they were ready to “install the flashing” as if this was finished enough for that. We had to stop them and tell them no, because the doors wouldn’t even close or lock correctly, and they needed to be installed correctly before anything else. They came back out, supposedly to fix it, and now that the flashing and caulking are up, it looks even worse. The caulk is just smeared on with visible gap

I called Coleman Glass to replace a broken window pane in an older wood window. They were highly responsive, came to us within a couple of days when others said it would be weeks, and replaced the glass on the spot. Margaret was thorough in communication, friendly, pleasant, and kind. Tony’s work was impeccable - he is highly skilled, efficient, quick, and clean. He handled the window in such a way to ensure the broken glass shards did not fall in the house nor make a mess. The price was reasonable, within the range of what I expected, and significantly lower than other quotes. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We needed a window payne replaced. Coleman Glass took measurements June 27th. We added another window payne replacement on the window beside original. Same style payne. 3 months later, they completed the project on September 25th. Sloppy job....left broken glass on outside seal area and cracked our wood window frame and said nothing about it. Not happy.

Stopped in because i didn't want to purchase an entire piece of lexan at the big store. They're were able to help me get a custom piece cut in about 20 minutes. Staff was very helpful. Will definitely use them in the future!

After a frightening incident on Thanksgiving, I was left with broken windows in my home. Thanksgiving weekend and colder temps so nothing to do but wait until Monday to try to find a repair . friends advised it vould take couple weeks to find soneone, get them out here and the fix. I called Coleman Glass as soon as they opened, the young woman was so nice and helpful . with Care and Concern in her voice . They were able to send someone out midday and by the end of day all my troubles were over. My windows and frames were repaired and it’s as if it never happened! The tech they sent was so efficient & knowledgeable . no doubt he knew exactly what to do. the total price was much much less than I was expecting and the service was so much much more than I was expecting.
