Cole's Auto Repair & Service

I had a really good experience with Cole’s Auto Repair and service. I dropped my car off about 30 minutes before closing on Wednesday, and they were still willing to take a look at it. By Friday around 3 PM, they had diagnosed the problem and fully fixed it. I don’t know a lot about cars, but that seemed like a really quick turnaround to figure out the issue, get the part, and complete the repair. I really appreciated getting my car back before the weekend. Everyone was helpful and the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them.”

The best experience I have ever had at a shop! I brought in a car for a pre purchase inspection. They squeezed me in during the very last minute of the opening hours, was so helpful and kind in explaining what they found on the car. They were honest and fair. I also got further reccomendation and felt so much better and more confident leaving then I did walking in! I LOVE this place and recommend it to all!! 10/10

I am hesitant to leave a review as it may mean more clientele for Cole’s and a harder time getting the same great service I have received. Regardless, Cole’s is the only place I will take my vehicles. They earned my trust and business through avoiding price gouging, timely service, constant communication, warranties on their work, and good overall work. I recommend Cole’s to anyone, but do so while encouraging other customers to not take their vehicles to Cole’s when I am.

We broke down on our way through the area. Always concerned about unknown auto repair shops but this one got good reviews so tried it. They were AMAZING! Love the diagnostic report with photos we got giving us choices of what needed to be repaired now and what could wait. Got us in and the work done quickly. What a blessing! Explained things so I could understand. Gave us 3 choice level of repairs with pros and cons. Honest about what could wait until we got home. I would describe this shop as working with honesty, integrity and excellent skills. Thanks so much!!!

I've been coming to Cole's for years now and take my car, my kids' cars, and refer everyone I know. Every interaction has been pleasant, they explain things well, give genuine advice, and every time I've price checked things they've been the same or cheaper than others. I always have a guard up when I first deal with shops but these guys have always been open, honest, and felt safe.
