James took great care of us and my RDX, making sure he had the right oil and windshield wiper blades. Plus the fact that he went through everything making sure there were no issues I would have to worry about later.

James (the owner of the shop) is the best man I have ever met. He does phenomenal work, but to top it off he takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond for me and truly felt like he cared about how I felt about everything. Which as you may all know, is extremely rare now-a-days. I will only be going to this shop moving forward as he has gained all my trust and confidence in everything he does. James with Mercenary Automotive was EXCEPTIONAL… not only did he spend a lot of time on the phone with me explaining the issues, but he actually came to me to do a diagnostic. Plus, he ended up recommending that I not do an extensive service that he could have charged a lot to complete. He and Mercenary are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was very frustrated about repairing a sensor on my Mustang. 3 other shops tried to acquire the discontinued sensor and failed. I called Mercenary Automotive and within 20 minutes James told me he could get the sensor and repair my car. What a blessing!
