In the past year I went to Coles three times for minor repairs which required immediate attention. Each time Randy helped me right away and was very considerate regarding charges. Makayla was very kind and kept me informed of what was being done. These people treat you like family and are very honest about what you need or don't need.

Marty and team are helpful and brilliant in every way. They went over and above by assisting my wife and me in a very short span of time. My wife had a problem with the door of her car (she hit the snowblower). The door was not opening. Even before providing her quote for the full repair, he immediately helped free up the door so that she was able to open it. When she asked for the initial payment to free up the door, he told her not to worry! With my car, I had some small chips. He helped me apply the paint. The care they take is truly magnificent and I highly recommend this place.

Cole's Collision Ctr in Ballston Spa did an AWESOME professional job on my car. They kept me informed each step of the way with text messages on repair work and when my car would be ready for pick-before which was just 6 days....they even made my dulled head lights sparkle like new, and they didn't have to do that...but they went above and beyond! I hit my first deer and was in my first accident. This shop was just top notch. Randy the manager was honest and kind and walked me through everything from beginning to end. I showed up at the shop, they got me into a rental car within the hour. I was updated every Tuesday and Thursday by text about my service and my vehicle. My car was ready on time. I will be going here if anything happens to my vehicle and highly recommend it to family and friends.

Had a great experience having my SUV serviced at Coles collision! I hit a deer and had really messed up my front end. Cole’s worked directly with State Farm to satisfy the repairs and provide updates for my claim. It took about 3 weeks for the repairs to be complete, and the work was done 3 days before the estimated completion date. The staff were friendly and kept me well informed throughout the process, providing text updates at different stages of completion and answering my questions on the few occasions I had called in. I got my car back and you would never know she’d been in an accident. Highly satisfied with the service provided and would recommend!
