I was traveling through on a long trip and was rear ended. I was concerned that there may have been some damage that would prevent making it back home a few states away and just googled the nearest place. These guys were so kind and so amazing. While they do not perform body work, they were willing to still take a look, make a small adjustment and help bring peace of mind to a slightly distraught driver. The car made the rest of the journey home! Their kindness, generosity and willingness to help will never be forgotten. Thank you for being such wonderful people!

This is the kind of mechanic shop everybody dreams of. They're honest here and they know what they're doing. The prices are fair. The waiting room is small but clean and cheerful. They also do some pretty cool work in their custom business so it's fun to drive by and see what they've been working on, plus they are active and involved in our Ballston Spa village community. I'm really glad that one of my friends recommended this place, and I have recommended it to others as well.

This is a great local garage. I called around to 9 different places to have 4 tires installed on my car and everyone was too busy to install. When I called at Generations although they were completely swamped, I explained that no one had availability and really needed these tires on. Just like that, they made an appointment for me that day and squeezed me in. That’s great customer service. I found my new garage to do business with.
