Cole's Collision of Nassau

I had an excellent experience at Cole’s Collision. Brad clearly communicated the timeline and estimate, and the receptionist, Jayden, was attentive and answered all my questions promptly. My car even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I’m very pleased with their service. Hopefully I won’t need more repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll 100% bring my car back to Cole’s.

I would definitely recommend Cole’s in Nassau. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful to work with, Tony and Jadyn especially. Work took a little longer than expected, but I was kept informed. The car looks great and I’m pretty sure it came back cleaner on the inside than when I left it. Thank you!!

I was in a car accident, substantial body work was needed on my Subaru. It was recommended that the car be towed to Cole's Collision in Nassau. While Nassau is a little out of the way, I did not, for a minute, regret my decision to have it towed there. I received constant updates on the progress of the repair and when I finally picked it up my eyes opened wide. The car looked like new, as though I just purchased it. The Cole's team did an outstanding job. I thank them and will always recommend them.

Outstanding. That is all I can say. This by far is the best repair shop in the area. The customer service, communication, attention to detail, and transparency was refreshing. Once my car repair was fixed they detailed my car beautifully. I can’t express enough how amazing this crew is at the garage. They are thorough and dedicated to their jobs.
