Haydn from Mike Slauson Automotive provided excellent roadside service when my vehicle stopped cold at a traffic light on busy 3-lane road. He was there quickly, got my car and me towed to my service location for suspected alternator or serpentine belt replacement. He was kind and friendly and made an unexpected event much easier to handle. Thank you so much, Haydn, you were terrific and I truly appreciated all your help today!

5 Stars across the board! I had a short deadline today to get my car out my old apartment garage. The car wasn’t up to standard to be on road. I called Mike at 9:54 to confirm I needed towing from downtown Albany. Jamie K my driver got to me by 10:12am! These guys provided great customer service and my vehicle was handled with care. The price was very reasonable as well!! If you need towing in the area call these guys! You will not be disappointed! They also accept credit cards on the spot payment :)

So I was stranded on interstate 90 at 3 AM this morning because my lower control arm decided to crack in half while I was driving stuck on the road guys came all the way from Nassau to Albany because no one else would take the call and they really want the extra Meile to ensure my safety and to take extra good care of my car. It was not an easy tow due to the condition of the rear axle and it took the guy nearly an hour to get it off of the truck and he remained totally professional the whole time and really looked out for the best interest on my vehicle. Couldn't be happier with this guy service. I wish I had more money in my pocket to tip him so I figured the least I could do is give them a five star review. In my opinion they should get six stars. Definitely recommend these guys.

Saturday morning at 6:40am my son came to me saying he locked his keys in his jeep - with all his wrestling gear inside - as he was supposed to be leaving for a wrestling tournament with school. I honestly first tried AAA and no one answered me because it was so early in the morning. I then called Mike Slauson Automotive and Hayden picked right up! He was so quick, kind, and responsive. He came right over and quickly got my son’s door opened so we could in turn get him and his things to his wrestling tournament. I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without this company. Hayden was amazing and I hope we don’t need them again for a lockout, but we will DEFINITELY be using them again for any other car issues. Thank you again, Hayden!!!

Called for a tow at 1230 on a Sunday in Glenmont. They were there by 100 and Hayden assisted with charging my battery so I could drive to Stahlmans. Met Mike at a local establishment never believing I would ever need their service but remember him and his company. Highly recommend their service and if I recall correctly they are NYS Thruway approved.
