We had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this dealership that buyers should be aware of. We negotiated and confirmed a purchase price of $31,684 with Craig Bristol Jr. for a 2021 Nissan Armada prior to arrival. We provided our pre-approval letter and arrived ready to purchase. After test driving the vehicle and agreeing to proceed, we sat down with Finance Manager, Justin Johnson, to complete the paperwork. During the signing process, my husband asked for confirmation that the vehicle’s Certified Pre-Owned status applied based on the manufacturer date and VIN. At that point, Justin told us the vehicle was not certified. The people up here are pretty cut and dry not much haggle so the experience was enjoyable. Dom was very knowledgeable and attentive to what we were asking for and did his best to get us a great deal I can't say enough about how nice and willing to assist he was would definitely go back and buy another car from him. The dealership is clean and comfortable for the expected wait time. We got a nice Pathfinder and look forward to enjoying it

So I called College Station Nissan after seeing an ad on Facebook for a pathfinder. I was answered by Jermaine Kidd. Upon arrival, J had the pathfinder pulled up front and ready to test drive. He was very professional and friendly the entire afternoon. We closed the deal and parted ways with a new ride. I look forward to dealing with Mr. Kidd in the future. It was a rewarding experience

BUYER BEWARE I went to purchase a used 2008 Ford expedition the online price was $5,781plus tax title and license. I test drove it and was ready to pay cash for the vehicle. I sat down to do the paperwork and they tell me it was over $12,000. I asked why and that was for the added warranty packages. I told them I didn’t want any add ons and they come back with 8,200 is best they could do but that it comes with gps warranty that protects me from car theft for 5 years. I didn’t care about having it but thought whatever it’s included. I was able to get them to 8,100 because of only having one set of keys. It was still too much money but I was desperate to have a car because mine was wrecked and I have to get to work. So I agreed. They rushed me through the paperwork signing and it’s my fault

We had a wonderful experience. I come from 10 years of dealership experience and have seen all kinds of customer service. Best part was, I own my own company now so my schedule is pretty strict and Craig was able to work his magic while I was busy so I didn’t have to spend hours on end at the dealership. We came in once and test drove the one we were looking for, and then came by again to sign paperwork. 👌
