The team at Collex did such an amazing job repairing my car after an unfortunate hit and run. I am very particular about my vehicle, so at first I was a little hesitant to leave it to a shop I never heard of before. Brittany was fantastic at accurately communicating everything that needed to be done and when it would be done, providing constant updates, and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. Also, was very helpful in getting the rental appointment setup and I was able to receive the rental the day I dropped it off and left it in the same spot when the car was finished being repaired. I wouldn't recommend another shop to anyone else after the experience I had. Very grateful for the work performed!

My husbands car was damaged. I found Collex through our car insurance agency. I inquired about bringing my car in for repair online at this shop and another shop when they were already closed. I received an email and phone call them the following morning. Still waiting to hear back from other shops. They helped to set up a rental and I was able to drop off my car as soon as possible. I received calls from Brittany with updates and they worked with insurance company on any additional costs. Car was ready within a week. Car looks great on the outside and my husband was pleasantly surprised that they also cleaned his car on the inside. Thank you! We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

From my initial phone call right through to the end, the experience was easy and fast. Brittany is an asset to this business and knows her job which made a stressful situation easier to deal with. When we arrived to drop off the car, the rental came right after, and we were on our way. She kept us informed every step of the way and worked with the insurance company on any additional costs. I also had asked if they were able to find a stereo at a salvage yard since the one in the car did not work. She called me with a price, and they installed that as well for a minimal cost.
