Went there the other day for an oil change on my 2016 Honda Pilot and they did their usual overall inspection. They advised me that the right front CV was leaking grease and the axel needed to be replaced. They showed me a picture of the CV boot and it appeared dirty. I asked if the boot was ripped and they said, “Obviously” that’s why it’s leaking grease. They wanted $681.00 to make the repair. I didn’t let them complete the repair, because I didn’t agree with their diagnosis. Later that day I brought the car to a certified Honda mechanic who inspected the vehicle and found nothing wrong with the CV boot, or the axel, but instead saw that the head gasket was leaking oil. Went in at 3:30 - 3/2/2025 with a screw in rear tire. Even though the shop was very busy they quickly verified the puncture was in fact leaking air as I suspected. They said they would take care of it but it would be close to a 2 hour wait. Happy to say they had it fixed in just over 30 min. Being from out of state I did not have knowledge of area repair shops so it was a gamble. The shop was neat, technicians were friendly and counter staff pleasant. Repair cost was fair. Hopefully we won't have any other car issues while here in sunny Florida but if we do this place will be our first stop.

Went in with a staple in my tire no appointment and they were able to help me. Sent someone out to check tire then got my car in fast and repaired. Very nice would go back

Went in with a coupon for oil change - had appointment at 8am took 2 hours and came home with an oil leak that we didn’t have before that. Also told we need breaks and filters and when I took it to a mechanic that was recommended by a friend said filters were good (can still see through them) and breaks were fine. Will not let my family members go there again

Went way above and beyond for me. I brought in my car after being having a rim snap in half and they found some minor extra problems that definitely could have become major that didn't have anything to do with tire and yet they took responsibility and did their best to help me with a temporary fix. I've been going through a lot lately and honestly really needed to see that in my life. You never know what someone is going through, and car issues are always the cherry on top of that when someone is going through it. A Goodyear really showed that they understand that. THANK YOU!
