This place is incredible. So professional, so knowledgeable, and I love the way they leverage online platforms to communicate clearly with the customer and document all the work they’re doing. They even left a branded mini teddy bear on the backseat with a Collinsville Auto t-shirt that my 6 year old son immediately named “Colin” and sleeps with it now every night in his bed.

I needed several services done on my car about a week ago, and I took it to Collinsville Auto Repair ...this was the first time I've used them, and I must say I was extremely happy with the entire experience. They did a complete evaluation of my car pointed out not only what work was needed but the cost for each service, which made it easy to prioritize. They even replaced a small part at no charge, which left me with the feeling that they are an honest business that isn't trying to milk their customers for every dime they can get. They also make it extremely convenient to drop your car off because of their loaner vehicles. I will be bringing my car back to them for my future services.

Having just moved to Canton, I was looking for a repair shop that I could count on to be honest, dependable, and skilled in their work. Collinsville Auto Repair didn't disappoint. They are very professional and did a great job at a fair price. It's nice to know that I have a repair shop I can count in in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Collinsville Auto Repair is honest , reasonable and a complete joy to know . They take great pride in their work and my car is running like a top . I never go to the commercial shops , I like the local Mom and Pop, as they say , repair shops . This is a great business and not to be missed .

It turns out I needed a very big repair. They quickly told me that my car was not worth repairing, and to look for a new vehicle. They could have taken advantage and done worthless repairs, and charged me, but they told the truth. Appreciate it!
