Collision Auto Parts (before National Auto Parts)

I recently visited National Auto Parts in Oakland and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly, I found that customers have to check the items themselves to ensure they receive the right part. Despite providing winning numbers, license plate information, and other car details, there were instances of receiving incorrect parts. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee is charged for returns, and they require proof that their labor was not applied to the returned part. It's important to be cautious and thorough when dealing with this establishment.

The company efficiently handled the load delivery, but parking space is an issue. If assigned doors 19, 20, or 21, expect difficulties due to a large dumpster, loose pallets, and steel racks blocking access. Coordination needs improvement to avoid delays. Overall, decent service but logistical issues at the dock need attention.

I came in to buy Prius headlight I showed the front desk the picture of the light, I received the wrong type. When I wanted to return it they told me you need a receipt, however they did not inform me about this policy at all. All they cared about is getting paid, and was quit rude. They had a copy of my receipt and they also had my information in the computer. I should have bought it online at least it respect customer service

As a COD customer I would pay at delivery time or no parts would be delivered. Due to their poor accounting Collision Auto Parts formally known as National Auto Parts is trying to charge us for unpaid invoices and now refusing to give us service without providing proof of any past due invoices.
