Update: still kind and honest people but a little disappointed because they had said they changed my oil but my filter wasn’t changed and this could have been a problem. Also when they installed the radiator it appears they kinked the PCV hose when dropping in the new hoses and now I have to deal with that. I understand mistakes can happen and under the hood there isn’t a lot of room to work but this caused me some stress when I’m driving across the country and a check engine light comes on. So yeah, I would still go back to these guys because they do good honest work, but these kinds of details means they should be more careful and thorough. Such kind honest people. They had used auto-marker on the hood of my brand new car and after it was erased you could see it had soaked into my paint. They told me to bring it back up and they’d buff it out for me in 2 minutes lol, so I took it back up they tried to buff it brought it back to me it was still there. They took it back again and I thought it was better. Week later the sun is shinning and I was still able to see the writing left on my car still, so I took it to the shop for a second time but this time didn’t even take it back to the garage worker named John tried buffing it in parking lot and made it worse. Put swirls in the hood and still didn’t get it out. I had to hire a professional detailer to come to my house to fix it which costed me extra money. I’m upset that they didn’t take the time to actua

Starting with Chris, the manager, to my adjuster, Brett and everyone else involved, I could not give them higher marks, everyone has gone out of their way to be kind and professional. They have done over and above what they really had to do with a smile on their face and genuine caring. Excellent experience I wish I had known about them before this last collision of which I was not responsible.
