I had just looked this place up new to the state ect. I was in a wreck that was not my fault. I went to Rusty and Gloria and I had some question because im new to this. They answered everything. Within 2 week finally got insurance stuff rolling and got it in. It did take a little to fix, but jeeps are very complex 😆 🤣... I would not take my car to anyone else. They are wonderful over there... not only did they repair my jeep they went out of their way to help me. My fiance travels for work and when my jeep was done I had no way to get back to el dorado from wichita from dropping rental back off. His wife Gloria picked me up from enterprise and took me home and then took my MIL to work and then they brought my jeep to my house. I have 4 kids and had no additional vehicle or babysitter as im

Have used this autobody shop a number of times. VERY PLEASED with the work they have done on our vehicles. They have stood behind their work and worked within the criteria of our insurance, gave us an accurate quote of their charges and the quote was within the amount paid by our insurance company. Their work is warrentied. We have hired them to fix our van doors and fender (not an insurance claim) very reasonable price, easy quick repair. After the great service we had received with our van we took our car there whem it had been serverly damaged with a deer collision. They got our car in the very next day and in less than 3 weeks we were back on the road with that car. Another shop in town said they would not be able to get to our car for over a month. When it comes to customer service ice this group of people has it together. Rusty has high respect for the cars that come through his shop. Melissa does a great job to make sure she checks on order status for parts and kept me informed. The work was outstanding. The shop did a great job matching the color to the established paint on the vehicle. My car had custom parts on it and the team went through and found the same identical parts to make sure my car was back to it's original condition. If service and quality is what you are looking for these are the guys to have repair your car.

My car was repaired quickly and looks great. They worked with my insurance and even returned an overpayment. They detailed the car, too which was a nice bonus.

Needed to have the hood of our new Navigator buffed out after a boneheaded mistake with an ice scraper. Called CCE and was delightfully surprised they could get us in the same day to take a look. Turned out to be a pretty quick job and we got the car back before lunch time. Fantastic customer service and great work, the hood looks brand new again. A+ work!
