Overall a good experience, though it did take almost double the amount of time expected. Jaly was great and super helpful. There was a noticeable difference in communication when she left for vacation, but she took good care of me when she came back and got me sorted :)

Jaly Cruz called us to let us know that our Highlander had been recalled and needed to be repainted under a Toyota warranty. We scheduled the service and she went above and beyond our expectations in helping us with the timetable for repairs and answering all of our questions. When we received our car after the completion of the work, we were so impressed and happy with how great our car now looks! I am so appreciative that Jaly encouraged us to move forward with having the repair done. It certainly looks like a brand new car now.
