Extremely pleased with the service and communication that I received today for my 100,000 maintenance and replacing spark plugs. Chris, was very professional and worked to get my SUV serviced quickly. Dustin, called me back to schedule the appointment although I didn't leave a message. And, Jim, the shuttle driver informed me of their free car pick and return from my house, in addition to shuttle service. When my vehicle was on the way, I was able to track it. Before and after pictures were taken. Kaya, the driver was very nice and professional.

I decided to get my oil changed last minute because it was long overdue. I had my baby with me, couldn’t find my keys and was a mess! They told me the wait would be about an hour/an hour and a half. I think the total wait was more around 30 minutes! Kayla was super sweet and ran to my car to grab some items for me. I really appreciate all the help!

Chris (service advisor) was super. Very professional. The shop was able to figure out my 2013 Mustang Boss 302's Trackey issue and now it has the special tune! 12 year old car -- great diagnostic.
