Collision On The Go

My daughter car hit a ditch during the snow storm in February2025. We called Geico who had requested for towing from 6:40am. No towing company in Orange County New York. And for two hours. The dispatchers were rude. I got in my car and went to Middletown when the roads were clearer. She was still sitting in the car from6:30am to 1:40pm on a Thursday. I googled and found them. The guy Youly. Answered and stated he will send someone. They came in 39 minutes. That was a blessing. They were so helpful with a rental car. They helped her. She just got her car back after a month. I am thankful that they came and did the best as they can in the weather. The car is driving she is happy my daughter. So I recommend the highly. Make sure you get paperwork.
