Soooooo. This has been on my mind for bit. So purchased an amazing car from this place. 2012 mitsubishi eclipse gt v6 low mileage. Car was in amazing shape. I dont remember the lady's name who did all the paperwork and taking payment. (Please forgive me!) Awesome lady, great customer service. Smooth and easy transaction. They have amazing cars available. Car has been running great. I had a summer of fun with this car. Overall thank you for my experience with your place. I have throughly enjoy all outcomes from it.

Purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta in April of 2025. Brought the car home went out the next morning to oil spots in my driveway. Oil pan was leaking, took the car back to Country and had to argue with service to get the oil pan replaced at no cost to me because it was a day old and had a warranty. After this took the car to my mechanic and had it checked over, ended up needing a bunch of work some of which the car should not have passed NYS inspection. Reached back out to Country informing them and was told by them the repairs needed to pass inspection they would not cover. Ended up having to file a claim through NYS to get reimburse. The reason for me posting the review 9 months later is before buying the car I had asked Country to have their shop verify if the timing chain was replaced. T

Country Saab has earned themselves a lifetime customer. As an out of state buyer, I was hesitant about making the trip to New York to purchase a car. After initially speaking with Frank and Diane, I knew that I was going to be taken care of. Diane took excellent care of me and went the extra mile to ensure I was purchasing the right car for me. She was thorough, patient, and very professional. There was 0 pressure or gimmicks and I took delivery of my new BMW within a week. If you are in the market for a vehicle or service, I strongly suggest that you give Country Saab a call. You will not regret it!

Top notch auto dealer. I am almost hesitating to leave a positive review- seems like the better the reviews the more competition there is for future vehicles. All jokes aside, I came from 90min away- test drove a truck and bought it within 15 minutes. I knew what I wanted but the service after the purchase decision was top notch. They serviced the truck and replaced and parts of question. No pressure sales environment- the vehicles on the lot seem to be selected based on quality not quantity. I talked to a great deal of dealers theast 3 weeks. All had secret fees or some nonsense that gets you out the door wondering how you can buy food or the gas to get the new vehicle home- not this place. My first car was a two door Honda Civic. In 2012, I financed it at 20K and paid nearly $300 a month for five years. Once I paid it off the dealer sent me a letter saying I need to get the title myself. Needless to say, I knew I was paying cash for my next car, and I knew exactly what I was looking for. Diane was a beast with the endless barrage of paperwork. Ed put the car on the lift for a thorough inspection. Frank made me Pomegranate tea. They will work with you, if you work with them. They are genuine people with next level customer service, which is becoming harder and harder to find. I feel confident in my purchase and will definitely continue doing business with them.
