Excellent repair experience. My front bumper needed to be replaced, and the driver assistance systems had to be recalibrated afterward. Everything was handled professionally and precisely. The car looks and drives like new again. This is a 2025 Mercedeas, so I was very particular about quality, and they absolutely met my expectations. Clear communication, efficient work, and no unnecessary charges. Highly recommended.

The team is exceptional from the welcome moment they remember you Right away and make you feel at home they did a fantastic job In fixing my car my car. Looks like new ,motor run smooth everything was done in perfection with extremely professional Dutch I had a few things that was not perfect, but they fixed it right away Exceeding my expectation Really enjoy working with them. I initially found Collision Pros through an online search and given the good reviews, I went with them. My experience, however, was poor and I wouldn't go back/recommend this place to someone. I'm honestly a bit surprised and now skeptical with all the positive reviews posted here given my experience. To start, I came in with very minor damage, there ended up being some more damage behind the bumper which required additional parts. I was patient during this whole process, but not once did I get a call regarding an update. I had to begin calling them for updates persistently after not hearing anything for 3 weeks. It ended up taking 6 weeks for me to pick up my car after continued excuses. Jason who was my main point of contact would always rush me off the phone when I called giving some

I truly cannot say enough about the excellent experience I had with this shop. I damaged my car when my shoe slipped off and went under my brake pedal in stop and go traffic. (Never wear slides when driving!!!) I called and visited many shops in the area and got the run around or flat out ghosted, or told it wasn't worth repairing. Miraculously I found the folks at Collision Pros. Jason was so nice and compassionate and gave me a an estimate that was reasonable and did not try to force me into anything I didn't need. They got it done quickly and did a great job. Thank you so much Collision Pros!! Would highly recommend.
