The owner was very friendly,nice and courteous. They understood my situation and worked with me to fix it. Since it was the other driver paying for it and lived out of state. While I was there they did try and buffed it out the best they can. There were some little dents and some chipped paint left. So we like the estimate and had them go ahead and fix it. They also cleaned my headlights for free. Since its a danger on the road, they look great. Everything turned out really good.Will definitely go back to them.

Collision Works did a great job on my wife's Subaru. Some unknown person ran into the rear side leaving a large caved in dent when the car was parked at a store. I only have liability insurance, so the repair cost was completely out of pocket. I felt the repair cost was very reasonable. Coincidentally, someone else backed in the same spot a few months ago. That time the person who backed into us shared their insurance info. We went to a different collision repair place. I was not impressed with the customer service of the other guys. Collision Works was day and night better. Now, I think my wife is parking in less exposed places (knock on wood...)

This bodyshop did an amazing job fixing my car. After seeing many bad paint jobs i thought i was going to be stuck with one of them as well but noo these guys painted it soo good that i cant even tell the difference. Paint job has an original quality finish i am impressed. Im glad my grumpy old friend recommended them to me. Pics might show just a simple fender bender but it was a bit more than that. I also replaced license plate in case you internet trolls notice the difference haha

I was rear-ended a couple months ago and my truck needed extensive body work done. Collision Works had it looking brand new when they were finished with it + were super proactive and patient dealing with not just me but also two insurance entities.

They fixed the flaking tailgate and right bedside paint on my 2017 F-150 (aluminum body) for $2000 cheaper than the quote I got from crash champions. They did a great job and detailed my truck afterwards. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. The truck was completed much quicker than expected as well.
