Colonial Service Station

This is where I take my cars when I can’t do it myself. It’s is also where I’ll happily refer any friends to. Dave and the staff are great, but most importantly the car comes back correct and that’s what I care about most. You get what you pay for here, or better.

Brought my car here for an oil change. When it was time to pay, I was told they broke one of the parts as they were doing the oil change and I needed to pay for the part replacement ($45). I paid for part and oil change and took my car home-parked in the driveway. Next day, I notice my car is leaking oil. There’s massive oil spots on the drive way. Now they’re telling me I need to pay for them to fix the oil leak that they clearly caused…. You tell me what kind of work they do… Will update how this will get resolved by the Colonial team.

We have been using Colonial to service our vehicles for over 25 years. They have always been honest and actually saved us money compared to another shop we used to use.

Have been taking my vehicle there for 3 years. Family business. Wouldn't go anywhere else. State inspections and mostly some minor repair work and oil changes. They also pump gas for you so you don't need to get out of your car.

I called Colonial service station and set up an appointment for my state inspection. The staff was very courteous and customer service oriented. I set up the appointment for the following morning at 8:30. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly and motivated staff member. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend you contact Colonial service station if you're looking to get a state inspection done and for any of your Auto mechanical needs. I will be taking my car there from now on for any mechanical issues.
