Great service! Came right away when I had an unexpected break down on the Jamestown Ferry. Dropped me off to meet my ride, and took my car and instructions to my mechanic shop other tow driver would not because he claimed the parking lot was too small. He even left my keys and instructions in the mechanics lock box! All for a fair price! Would highly recommend for service, professionalism and price!

I needed my car to be brought to the dealership. I called a couple tow services and they were busy or outrageously priced. I was lucky enough to call Colonial Towing and not only was the flatbed available, the driver (owner) Oscar came and brought my car to and from the dealership. This man is an absolute gentleman. He not only helped me, he recommended a great local mechanic he knows to help with my car problem. Great company ! Great guy ! Thank you Mr. Oscar

We were in Williamsburg on vacation when our battery died. We called several companies, Oscar was the first to answer even though he had been up all night on other jobs. He arrived promptly and was able to jump start our car and even let us follow him to the nearest auto shop for a battery. Oscar was professional, kind and went above and beyond. This great experience was topped off with his reasonable pricing.

Oscar is the BEST! Although he was under the weather, he promptly took care of our towing need. I would 10/10 use this service again. Just when I though customer service was a lost art, Oscar renewed my faith!

Oscar was absolutely wonderful. We called at 9pm on a Saturday night for a tow. He arrived quickly and offered assistance. He was very pleasant to work with. We ended up not even needing a tow because he helped my husband with his battery to at least get his car drivable so he could just replace his own battery instead of being dropped off at an auto garage. This company is amazing and will definitely be recommending only them to anyone that needs roadside assistance.
