Colony One Auto Center

Colony One Auto repaired an oil leak located on the backside of the oil filter housing on my 4.7 L V8, and installed upper control arms. They also installed a new center support bearing and tie rod links. Chris also provided estimates for timing belt and radiator replacement I plan to complete in 2026. Return for Front end alignment was done also after I replaced two Front tires. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was reasonable for the services performed.

Staff Kirk is very nice. Earnst is my technician. He is very nice as well. But they failed to diagnose my car's problem. The second time visit, my car was left in your parking lot. When I got there, the car battery drained completely. But I was told it is ready for me. If not another man was there to help jump my car, I will be stuck there.

I had a very good experience at Colony One Auto. The service was fast, professional, and the team was easy to work with. Based on the quality of service alone, I would absolutely come back and recommend them. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is related to emissions readiness. I specifically asked whether the vehicle needed to be driven to ensure all systems were ready for the emissions inspection and was told it was good to go. Unfortunately, that turned out to be inaccurate, and several systems were not ready, meaning I now have to complete a full drive cycle (or two) and return to the state inspection station. I always have a great experience here, as long as I make sure to be one of the 1st ones there the wait isn't crazy. They also make sure to consult with you before doing any additional work not originally requested. I will say they are a little pricier than what I am used to but nothing crazy, I also was in a smaller town before so that could be it. Super close to my home, the staff is super nice.

I took my car here as a second opinion from another mechanic. They fixed it faster and for $500 cheaper. They also told me 2 of the things the first mechanic said needed to be fixed were in working order and there was no need to do anything for either. It did take a day longer than originally planned but other than that, very pleased! I’ll definitely be going back!
