Colony Park Apartments

My parents have lived at Colony Park Apartments for the last few years. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and the exterior of the property is well maintained with lovely landscaping and a seating area. Keith Bruce, who oversees the property goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents' needs. I do not live in Elmira but communication with him has always been easy. If you ask for something to be done it is done immediately and I suspect that he does things for the residents that are outside of his job description. He and his associate Jeannette are a great team and I can highly recommend Colony Park Apartments.

My mom has been here for several years. She loves this community and the staff is amazing. What this means is I can sleep at night knowing mom is safe and happy. Thanks Colony Park for everything you do.

My grandparents moved here and they absolutely love it! There is a great community of people and they are all so nice and helpful! My grandparents could not be happier. I am so grateful I found a place for them where they feel comfortable and happy!
