Colorado Car Wash

I use this car wash on a frequent basis. Today the car wash was horrible. (78th & Washington)I went in the drive through wash like normal. All I had was dirt, rain spots and windshield washer fluid leftovers on my car. I bought the $12 wash and it didn’t remove anything. My hood, back window, side windows and windshield are still filthy. Did you change the soap????

I have been trying to get in contact with someone at this facility for almost two months at this point and I still have yet to have any contact back from my several voicemails I have left. I went to this facility near the end of December for a car wash and their machine was broken, I don’t notice until the arm of the ‘touch-less’ car wash hit my 2022 Cadillac CT5 V. I immediately backed out when I had the opportunity and didn’t let the wash finish, but it still caused some pretty evident damage. So if you don’t want your car damaged, definitely DO NOT come to this car wash! My insurance recommended reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, so that is my next step.

Ok wash, decent price, got the Felix, not sure what I paid for.. not enough drying time.

South door wouldn't open on auto car wash. Called number on website and left message. See if I get a call back today.

Great car wash. Very reasonable. It cost half what I normally pay elsewhere and my car was cleaner than ever... That's not all! *What's more, these are stand up people. I realized later that I left my credit card there. Contacted the business via their website. Not one but two people responded promptly. Went out of their way to look for my card. Turns out someone used it to get more car washes. They Reversed All the charges on my account including the one for my wash! How is that for amazing customer service? Above and beyond expected.
