Colorado Collision & Hail

I had a great experience at Colorado Collision & Hail. I had a scratch fixed and the plastic trim replaced over my wheel. Everything moved very quickly and I was walked through honest pricing. As a woman going to a body shop alone, it was important to me to not feel like I was being ripped off or talked into things I didn’t actually need. Everyone there was so friendly, explained exactly how much the part cost, how much labor cost, and if I wanted to get more done what it would be and if not there was absolutely no pressure. They did a great job on the repair and I will definitely be going back if I need any additional repairs done. I would recommend for great service, quality repairs, and honest /fair pricing.

This place is amazing I recommend anyone go here they do a super great job for a decent price. The gentleman Ray was a sweet, caring , understanding with my situation in the accident, I got into my car is like night and day. I can't began to tell you. I looked for any little mark that was left for my accident. There was nothing they did a 100%, perfect on my car. And they cleaned it detailed, it made it look brand new.It was amazing!! Ray went 12 rounds with the insurance company to insure my vehicle got all ORIGINAL parts. The condition it was in and the results when he was finished with my truck was nothing short of amazing. Like it came off the show room floor! Highly recommend this shop! Kudos to Ray and his team! Professionals!

Of course we have choices when it comes to who we decide to hire to repair our vehicles, and given my recent experience with Colorado Collision and Hail, I would say to absolutely look no further for a shop to repair your car. The manner in which they repaired my vehicle was outstanding on many levels, from the highly knowledgable, kind and experienced senior estimator Ray, to the crew who performed the work as well as the owner. It felt like a family business and very different than the typical chain collision shops often recommended by insurance companies. The repair was flawless and my car was returned to me in impeccable condition in a very timely fashion. Jose & Bella were absolutely fantastic. I was a walk in customer & they fit me into their busy schedule. Within a week they had ordered the parts & worked with my very busy work schedule to find a way to help me get my car repaired at a fair price. Jose walked me through the entire repair process & price breakdown. Bella kept me in the loop & helped find times outside of normal business hours for me to drop my car off/pick it up. They got my car repaired quicker than expected & at the lower end of the price estimate. Bumper repair looks like new! Will go back to them if I ever need another repair.
