So frustrated with this auto shop. I chose them to diagnose the reasons for my old car starting slowly. I was expecting a 30 min diagnostic of the starting problem for $75-85 — instead they (claimed to have) spent an hour with the technician going over a 26 year old car in detail and listing off every deficiency with part replacement and labor costs totaling $4K. The car isn’t even worth $4K, it’s just a little old run-around car for errands in town. The diagnostic cost $223 before any work was done on the car. I was not given an estimate for the diagnostic cost when I dropped the car off the day before, so my first knowledge of what they were doing was a bill for $223 and an estimate of repairs for almost $4K. So helpful, amazing staff! They helped look up prices to ensure I was getting the best deal, fixed my headlight bulb on a separate occasion. Kind and knowledgeable, not trying to push things on you. Great location to walk around while your car is being serviced. Quick, efficient, definitely my favorite spot to go to for car maintenance and tires!

I've had two of the best experiences with the team at Colorado Tire and Service. Both times, I had a nail in my tire. The first time they were able to patch it. The second, I had to get a new tire. Not only did they get me in same day, but Jessi drove to another shop to get me a new tire and get me my car back in a few hours. They're professional, friendly, and helpful! I'm so grateful we have this team of folks in SoBo!

My interior rearview mirror suddenly fell off while I was driving home. I stopped by this neighborhood shop to see if they could help. Jessie came out, took a look, and after a several minutes was able to attach it back temporarily so I could safely drive home. I really appreciated the quick assistance and willingness to help with such a small issue. It’s great to have a neighborhood shop with people who are kind, responsive, and ready to lend a hand. I took my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Then I got a call around the time it was due to be finished recommending 5k worth of repairs saying my power steering was leaking from 2 separate expensive parts. I took to another shop for a second opinion and they said the leak was extremely minor and that they recommended topping it off with fluid and monitoring fluid level and that I could likely be fine for years before full replacement was required. The reservoir only took 3oz of fluid to get to max fill meaning it had only lost that much over who knows how long. I never noticed any effect on my steering and was surprised to hear there was any issue.
