I would not recommend him to nobody. They go behind your back one price than another and then if you’re late, they’ll hound you till you pay them and then if you don’t and you’re only a few days late, they’ll come and repo the vehicle. They don’t care that you’ve already paid half the money down or not. The man will sit there and tell you one thing and do another just like my brother done paid his vehicle off from him and it’s been almost a month and he still ain’t received his title and I highly doubt he will. They’re a bunch of crooks who steal from people to live.

Please, please read this review! We recently bought a truck from this company. We were told there were no major issues other than needing an alignment and a few other minor fixes. We paid for half of the truck in cash and signed for the rest to be paid via a loan from our bank. We took the truck in to 3 mechanics and they all told us that the entire frame had been switched. We called Mike hoping he would do the right thing and return the money and take back the truck. He then said he would meet with us to “take a look at the truck.“ He took my husband, me, and our four children into a room to talk while he had someone take the truck in the parking lot. Do not ever buy a vehicle from Columbia auto group they are a scam. I bought a truck and was never late on a payment I put thousands of dollars into the truck and right when I was about to pay it off they broke through my locked gate and took the truck. There is legal steps I'm taking to get my money back and to make sure they cannot do this to other people anymore. And there is a lot of people they have done this to so that being said I would never buy anything from this place. They also sell you vehicles that break down on you week's later and will not fix them.

This auto dealer is a complete scam. They advertise one price for their cars, but when you go to purchase the car, they add on all sorts of hidden fees and charges. They even tried to add on an extra fee for 'documentation' that was never mentioned before. I felt completely ripped off and would never do business with them again.

Terrific car at a great price! A wonderful experience all around! I love my little RAV4!!!!
