Their communication with their customers is non existent. I was referred to an auto body shop due to the bumper cover had extensive damage. I came into their shop with my car and they ordered the supposed part I needed. What they didn’t tell me was after they repaired it and realized they didn’t order that piece that was actually needed, they didn’t let me know. Even when I ordered that second piece they never called me back to let me know about the delivery until I had to walk in and ask about it. Most frustrating conversation with the owner he did not want to admit he was in the wrong or offer any kind of apology.
They were the only ones that could get me in quickly. They said it would take three weeks but they got it done in 1 week. They job was done really well
Will never go any where else!!! My car came out phenomanal!!!
