After a blowout on I84, three hours from home, I called Les Schwab. Tony never gave up on connecting with me trying to gather information needed to find my location and numbers on my tires. Thank you , Tony. You are my new best friend. Once that was determined a great young man showed up and although it was a very hot day changed all four tires on my trailer. I appreciate his patience and kindness. He blocked my truck with chocks, and began working. I was soon in my way. You’re the best, Grant. Be safe out there.

This store has always been my go to for tires and brakes for my vehicles as well as my families and employers vehicles. The warranty and customer service is second to none in the greater hermiston area. You can’t go wrong coming here for anything they offer. I’ll be soon to replace tires on my wife’s Tahoe and I know what I’m getting when I come here. Don’t hesitate to stop by for any vehicle needs!

Life savers. we were on a roadtrip from CDA when the drivers side tire slipped out of alignment from bad service from another shop.. we went in and spoke with Brandon and he was amazing and checked it out and got us in immediately and quickly fixed it THE RIGHT WAY, and got us back on the road so fast! thank you so much Brandon! Tuesday 09/30/2025 I was heading back to western WA when my front axle drive parts failed. I towed to schwabs in Hermiston and got a hotel. Went at 0630 to move the truck into a parking space. The store manager saw and heard my truck making a grounding sound , I told him I thought the caliper failed and I’d be back at 0800 when they opened. He told me to come on in and they would get me taken care of. I had to wait till Saturday for parts but Carlos got her done as promised. It was a lot of parts and work… thanks to the team at Hermiston Les Schwabs!

I told them multiple times I wanted to keep the tires they took off my rims they were $220 a piece new and had next to no wear. Les Schwab and their employees STOLE my tires and sold them to another customer. I had to make multiple trips back to the store to get them to make it right and ultimately the TIRE STORE paid me half of what 2 tires cost because they SOLD MY TIRES TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY STOLE MY TIRES READ THAT CLEARLY. THE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES STOLE MY TIRES. Also they left stuff in the tire after balance and I had to make them dismount and find out what they left in there. (It was a large chunk of plastic they somehow left in the tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH WHAT SO EVER
