Columbus Auto Source

My family has worked with Columbus Auto Source and specifically Andy for years. Recently, I asked Andy to help me find a reliable van for our family, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how incredibly helpful and thorough he was from start to finish. He found us the perfect van, under our budget, with all the bells and whistles we were hoping for. I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Columbus Auto Source, for helping me find the perfect mom car—and thank you, Andy, for always being so dependable, caring, and trustworthy throughout our vehicle journeys.

I had an awesome experience with Columbus Auto Source! My salesman, Forrest, was amazing to work with — friendly, honest, and really went above and beyond to help us out. He got us into a 2018 SUV with only 60k miles and a monthly payment of just $350, even though our credit isn’t the best. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Columbus Auto Source and Forrest to anyone looking for a great deal and great service!

This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Andy and his crew, I recommend them to everyone I can! Very smooth and easy process!

I've been a customer for a decade and watched how this company has grown into what they are today. I've been pleased with each vehicle price quote I've gotten over the years. I've got teens who need cars and I've been able to build the family fleet with the help of Columbus Auto Source.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have a vehicle listed for a price since 10/30/2025 where they lowered the price. So my wife calls and everything is good with everything discussed about the vehicle with Forrest the employee she talked to. He tells about how she can put a deposit down to hold the car until Monday and we were going to pay cash for the price listed plus tax and title out the door. When she calls back they try to rip her off because she is a female. They told her oh we had the wrong price listed, its now 5k more than listed price (which still 4 hours later it's still listed at the price first mentioned). What nerve! You just lost a customer who was going to buy a vehicle straight out. Hopefully others see this and it strays them away as well. Terrible customer servic
