My experience was Excellent!!..Starting with HANNAH the Receptionist was so sweet, Friendly & patient.She calmly explained all the paperwork & forms to me. JOSEPH'S, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS was everything! JOSEPH was very informative with all the details of the BODYWORK that was being repaired on my MUSTANG. He kept me updated the entire time. It ONLY took four days. My car looked like it was just driven off the showroom floor!!!.. Thank you CBW

I’m a single mother in nursing school at CTC. Yesterday one of the windows in my car was busted out from a rock while landscaping was working. This happened while I was in class. The landscaping company partnered with CBW to replace my window. As a mom I was upset and as a nursing student I was stressed because I can only miss so many hours of class. All the staff here were so nice, I mean just very respectful. My window replaced and I was out the door in 2 hours, and guess what? I’m going to make it on time for clinicals. God bless y’all! My door was hyper extended and was bending the metal every time I tried to open it. Had to climb over the passenger side just to get in the driver seat. Took it to a body shop; they said I had to replace the front fender and door and door hinges. Because it was bent, they couldn’t make a quick fix, they had to make it “look right” cause their name was on it; on a car that already had scratches and dents but had to make my door perfect there was no other way. Told me it was gonna take a week and cost somewhere around $4,000. THEN I TOOK IT TO COLUMBUS BODY WORKS! Waited like 10mins, a guy named John came out said he take a look at it. I explained to him what happened, he said ohh I fix those all the time. Ran back inside, came out with a spatula looking tool, bent the metal in a few places
