Derek helped me out with a few scratches on my car. He even found ones that I hadn't noticed. He buffed out any flaws in about 10 minutes, doing a flawless job. He was so kind and friendly as well. He made my day. If you want priceless work done well and quickly, come to Columbus Motor Company Body Shop.
Only with appointments!!! Arrived at 9am, there were no waiting cars went inside and the service clerk immediately asked if I have appointment (for an oil change). They did not have any car waiting to be serviced!!!!......But, "ONLY WITH APPOINTMENTS"!!!! The pandemic emergency passed and this appointment practice was placed since then. Before we were able to arrive and the car will be serviced. Since I can wait I had to drive to Norfolk dealer and my car was serviced. Shame on Columbus dealer. Update your policies. There is no more pandemic emergency!!!!
