I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of work at Columbus Motor Company. My wife took our 2021 Nissan Rouge in for repairs including replacing and repainting the front bumper, one cab corner, and the two passenger doors. We were initially promised a loaner vehicle when scheduling, but upon drop-off, none were available, leaving us without transportation. The first repair had noticeable orange peel, which we could overlook, but within a month, the paint and clear coat started peeling off the bumper and other areas. We contacted them, and they admitted it was faulty paint, agreeing to repaint all affected parts: the front bumper, two passenger doors, cab corner, and rear right panel. We rescheduled, and again were told we'd likely get a loaner—but once more, none were prov

Bought a used truck from them that had some issues that they were willing to correct for free. When that ended up being a bit more complicated than originally intended they allowed me to trade the truck for a nice car and my salesman Ray got me a good deal.

I was very nervous about purchasing a new vehicle because I have never had an expense this big. I was worried my credit wasn’t good enough, I wasn’t going to have a good enough down payment, that they wouldn’t accept my old vehicle as a trade in. That was not my experience at all!!!! I had a great time chatting with Janice and getting to know her and the car! She’s a great person who could really just read into me and knew what I wanted! We decided to go with Columbus Motors and purchase the car from them! They are a great dealership! Chad gave us a great deal, so it made our day!
