I had a 10 year old Honda Civic with about 107k miles that I wanted to gift to my daughter. It needed a lot of work because It was a 2nd car that I didn’t use much in retirement so the car sat unused for almost 3 years. I went to Columbus Service Center for a comprehensive assessment. Randy and his mechanic took the time to show me everything that was wrong. It wasn’t pretty, especially the critter nest on top of the engine block. (I live on a mountain in the woods) After all, the reason for my visit that day was to make sure I could safely drive this car from NC to Florida so I could gift it to my daughter. Randy and his mechanic quickly recognized, defined and repaired maintenance issues I ignored because the car wasn’t used much. My experience with Columbus Service Center exceed expecta

Called for an oil change, got in the next day. They were so fast at getting it done and the customer service was exceptional. I did feel welcomed and well taken care of! I appreciate doing business with this kind of company! Keep up the good work!

Genuinely nice people! Ordered new tires for my car and they were in the next day. They let me know right away that the company they ordered from had screwed up and sent the wrong ones (not their fault! Those things happen) and were able to reschedule me right away. Their prices were lower than anywhere else and the staff was just phenomenal! I can’t say enough good about the young lady at the front desk, she was just so amazing about explaining the process and how to find my tire size. It was my first time getting tires for myself and I wasn’t really sure how to find the size even but she was so helpful!

Absolutely would not recommend! Took vehicle in for an alignment, couple weeks later, all 4 tires are chewed all to hell. Took it to another shop to have it re aligned, front toe and camber was off an inch and a half and rear was off an inch and a quarter. Now drives great

Limped in with a blown tire on a trailer with our RV. Planned to replace 2. Such a good price we got all 4! They worked us in and had us back on the road in an hour! Staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
