Walter is an amazing human. He tried so hard to get my battery to crank but it wouldn't. He helped me in and out of his truck and then I accidently hit the lock button so he had to wait for his boss for the spare key. Not once did he complain. Service like that is uncommon so it definately relieved my stress....Thank you Walter!

Im a disabled vet. I got a flat and I am not local to the area. I called Comer's and told them my situation. My jack (Ford OEM) would NOT lift my van enough to change the tire. Comer's sent Walter, also a vet. When I say sent. He was there in under 5 minutes. I realize this doesnt happen for everyone, but they absolutely came through for me. I 100% recommend them to anyone in need.

Had my 93 Dodge dually hauled on a roll back. When I got the truck, the driver side door had been allowed to slam into the fender, crumpling the front fender and causing the door not to open or close properly, leaving a finger sized gap at the top of the door that will not keep weather out. When I called about the damage I was told the driver didn't say anything about it, that they'd ask him about it. I'm waiting to hear back so I know how to proceed with getting my truck taken care of. So today the 12/8/2023 they try telling me that it's my trucks fault that the door was flexed back that far and that they ARE NOT COVERING THE DAMAGE!!! Even though the driver apologized and said he was embarrassed that that happened, but now that it comes to being Liable For Damage the story changes! WHA

Amazing experience, picked up, dropped off in less than 20 minutes! Guy backed up like a champ. My kid loved the experience. Thanks for turning a not so great situation..into a better one!

Dude couldn’t talk into the phone to begin with, mouth breathing. Unsure of time frames with his truck. Basically a waste of a call
